How to Check my PalmPay Limit

PalmPay Account Limit

Hello guys! In this article, I'm going to walk you through how you can check your daily transaction limits on PalmPay. Only users that've not completed their account KYC Level verification on the PalmPay App will be limited to daily and monthly transactions.

PalmPay has three account tiers. Tier 1 (basic) has the lowest limits, Tier 2 offers more, and Tier 3 has the highest limits. Your transaction and balance limits are determined by your account tier, which is linked to your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification status.

However, if you've not completed your KYC account tiers on the PalmPay, I have a comprehensive guide that covers the processes of upgrading your PalmPay's account tiers from KYC 1 to KYC 3. Check it out here and complete your KYC verification today to stay ahead of transaction limits.

KYC verification strengthens your account security and unlocks higher limits. In the PalmPay app, go to your profile section and see if your BVN (Bank Verification Number) is linked. A linked BVN usually indicates a Tier 2 account.
