This free, six-month program from Creative Space Startups offers the tools and connections you need to grow your business and attract investors. Join a supportive community of female entrepreneurs, gain valuable skills through workshops and mentorship, and unlock your full potential.

Creative Space Startups is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs. This Growth4Her program is a third cohort organized for 100 women-led SMEs in Nigeria and Cameroon to be selected for empowerment.

Growth4Her operates as a consortium involving Creative Space Startups, SocioCapital Impact Group, The Learning Gate, and ActivSpaces, overseeing the management of the Cohort.

This six-month investor readiness accelerator aims to bridge the gender financing gap in Africa by providing women-led SMEs with the tools and resources they need to scale their businesses and attract investment.

Here's what you get:

  • One-on-one guidance: You'll get personalized advice from experienced mentors who've been there.
  • Connect with powerful allies: You'll be able to network with other inspiring women entrepreneurs and potential investors.
  • Boost your funding chances: You'll gain the skills and confidence to attract the money you need.

Eligibility/Who can join:

  • Your business must be a women-led businesses in Nigeria or Cameroon.
  • It must also be at least 51% owned by a woman
  • It must be at least 20% owned by a woman and have a woman serving as a C-Level Executive (CEO, COO, CTO, CFO, etc.).
  • It must have annual sales between US$35,000 and US$15 million.
  • It must have a burning desire to grow and scale your business.
  • You must be ready to commit to workshops, mentorship, and a bootcamp.
  • The business must possesses between 5 to 300 employees currently operating in Cameroon or Nigeria.
